All LED TV brand is prone to defect and no such thing as tough LED TV. Remember they're all made with the same material and powered with electricity. However, quality may vary with workmanship.

I write this article for one thing in mind. That is to help you getting out of the frustrations or give you an idea of what is really happening on your LED TV, here are the complete list of problem or defect you are currently encountering or might be encountered in the future.

Black Light Bleeding

Please refer to those encircled white spot near the edge of the TV is known as backlight bleeding. This scene should be all black and red font in the middle "THE RED DOOR". However, due to the cheapest materials it use to built this cheapest Smart TV for savvy shopper, the black scene has been compromised. 

Backlight bleeding is not a factory defect, so don't worry about it. If you encounter this phenomenon then don't be alarm, no fixed is necessary. Therefore, if you are one of the many bargain hunter end user, don't expect so much on the cheap merchandise.

No Signal

This problem can be caused by a loose or damaged antenna cable or port, a faulty TV input, or a problem with the Smart TVs mainboard itself. To fix this problem, try the following:

• Check the cables on antenna port and make sure they are properly connected.
• Try a different TV input.
• Reset the TV to factory settings.

Black screen or No Display

This problem can be caused by a faulty Smart TV mainboard, a problem with the TV's software, or a problem with the TV's display. To fix this problem, try the following:

• Restart the TV.
• Reset the TV to factory settings.
• Contact customer after sales service for assistance.

Cannot Cast or Screen Mirror

This problem can be caused by a faulty Software or not compatible devices. To fix casting problem problem, you should do the following:

• Restart the TV.
• Restart the Mobile Phone
• Update the Software and Firmware of Smart TV

Connected, No Internet

This problem can be caused by a weak Wi-Fi signal, a faulty TV Wi-Fi adapter, or a problem with the TV's software. To fix this problem, try the following:

• Move the router near the Smart TV.
• Restart the router.
• Restart the Smart TV.
• Reset the Smart TV to factory settings.
• Update the Software and Firmware of Smart TV.
