Skyworth 43STD4000 Review: A Budget-Friendly Smart TV with Some Surprises
The Skyworth 43STD4000 is a 43-inch Coolita smart TV, perfect for budget minded buyers. Skyworth 43STD4000 offers a 2K resolution, a Coolita smart TV platform, and a sleek design, all for a very reasonable and affordable price. But how does it stack up against the competition? In this review, we'll take a close look at the Skyworth 43STD4000 Coolita Smart TV features, performance, and value to help you decide if it's the right TV for you.
Design
The Skyworth 43STD4000 Coolita Smart TV has a sleek and minimalist design that looks great in any living room. The bezels are thin, and the stand is simple and unobtrusive. The TV is also quite lightweight, making it easy to wall mount.
Coolita Operating System
Skyworth 43STD4000 operating system is based on Linux kernel designed specifically for Smarts TVs. It offers user wide array of free entertainment options such as QJY Browser, YouTube, PLEX, Prime Video, ZEE5, YUPPTV, MEGOGO, CLASSIC MOVIES, FILMZIE and more pre-install apps.
Phone, Video and Laptop Casting
You can also able to share your mobile phone screen, content and movies into a bigger screen even in the absent of internet, all of this is made possible by Casting technology. Coolita casting feature comes in three options, Cast Your Phone, Cast a Video and Cast Your Laptop which is available on both iPhone and Android.
Wi-Fi Signal 2.4 G
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal it can detect is limited only to 2.4 G signal, better than nothing in my opinion. Since you need a power of internet to access most of the pre-installed applications.

The Skyworth 43STD4000 and the Skyworth 32STD4000 is 99.9% identical, it is a bigger version of the later. Both are powered by Quad Cortex-A53 with 1.896 GHz CPU and ARM Dvalin MP2 by Shenzhen Shiningworth Technology Co., Ltd., a Chinese made GPU. The eMMC or the Internal storage media also known as ROM is only 4GB and the RAM capacity is still unknown.
Front Design
The design of Skyworth 43STD4000 known as the boundless display. Meaning 98% of the screen to body ratio is dedicated to serve as display or lighted portion. Therefore, 31-inch is fair enough however, the result on actual measurement goes beyond expectation. It reach 42.90-inch lighted portion. However, don't expect the same level of detail as you would from a 4K TV. The viewing angles are also a bit narrow, so you'll want to make sure you're sitting directly in front of the TV for the best experience.
Smart TV Platform
The Skyworth 43STD4000 runs on the Coolita 3.0 smart TV platform. Coolita is a simple and easy-to-use platform that gives you access to all of the most popular streaming apps, including YouTube, Prime Video, and Disney+. Value
The Skyworth 43STD4000 is a great value for the price. It's a good option for budget-minded buyers who are looking for a basic smart TV. However, if you're looking for the best picture quality or performance, you'll want to consider a more expensive TV.
