Request Home Service 11 Easy Steps

Here are the 11 easy steps to get a swift aftersales service. You may now scan the QR code below, start to register your product and submit a service request.

Step 1. Scan QR code below to register your product to get faster service. Please refer to the image below.

Step 2. Then select or tap on " Go to website", please refer to the image below for your reference.

Step 3. Select or tap " # LOOKUP SERIAL", serial number of your TV is usually located at the back of the TV or at the box. Please refer to the image below for your reference.

Step 4. Enter TV serial number on the text box, please refer to the image below for your reference.

At this point, you already register your product serial number for future reference. If your TV is newly purchased, we will recommend to register it now.

However, you need to request for a home service, then proceed to the step 5, submit a request for home service.

Step 5. Select or tap "Submit Service Request" to request for home service. Please refer to the image below for your references.

Step 6. Select or Tap on "Select Date", input here the "Date of Purchase" appear from your sales invoice, official receipt, or certificate of purchase. Please refer to the image below for your references.

Step 7.  Select the date of purchase here, please refer to the image below for your reference.

Step 8. Complete all the field on the window pane, it is also a practice to include image or photo of the defect. Please refer to the following image below for your reference.

Step 9. For the field "Service Center" you may leave it blank if your not sure which service center is near you. The system will be the one to assign to automatically base on your address. Also, the image of the defect is important to appear. Please refer to the image below.

Step 10. Save your information. Please refer to image below for your reference.

Step 11. Finally get your ticket number or service call code. Please refer to the image below for your reference.
