Connected, No Internet Android and Google TV Internet Problem (Skyworth Smart TV)
The Android TV is connected to the router (either on WLAN (Wi-Fi) or LAN (Wired) ) but no internet, meaning non of it’s built-in apps is working. (Connected, no internet) Please refer to the image above for your reference.
How to Edit Android TV IP Address?
The problem "Connected, No Internet" is usually found on your Smart TV (either Android base or Linux base). So, what are the reason why my Smart TV encountered that problem. It is really frustrating, isn't it?
The problem is there but there is no single solution to this kind of problem. Therefore, you need to explore several do it yourself fixed.
How to Edit Android TV IP Address?
Go to Settings:
Using
your Android TV remote control press “HOME” and go to “Settings” using your
navigation keys. Please refer to the image above for your reference.Network & Internet:
Using your Android TV remote control press “Network & Internet” under General Settings using your remote’s navigation keys. Please refer to the image above for your reference.Available Networks:
Under “Available Networks” using your Android TV remote, select your “Access Point / Router” and press “OK”. Please refer to the image above for your reference.IP Settings:
Using your remote select “IP Settings” by default, it is set as “DHCP” press “OK” on your remote to modify. Please refer to image above.Static:
Under “IP Settings” select “Static” press “OK” on your remote in order to manually input the IP address and other network credentials. Please refer to image above.Enter Valid IP Address:
On IP Address text box, please manually enter a valid IP Address using your remote control. Please refer to image above for your reference. (Not valid IP will only worsen your problem.)Gateway IP Address (Router IP Address):
Gateway IP Address text box, please manually enter your router / access point IP Address using your remote control. Please refer to image above for your reference. (Not valid Gateway will only worsen your problem.)Network Prefix Length:
Enter a valid network prefix length, by default it is 24. Please refer to above image for your reference.
DNS 1:
If
your hosting any domain name service on your home network, you may leave it
blank or enter the default DNS (8.8.8.8) Please refer to image above for your
reference.DNS 2:
If your hosting any domain name service on your home network, you may leave it blank or enter the default DNS (8.8.4.4) Please refer to image above for your reference.Save Static IP Address:

Usually, your router IP address is located and written under the router with your default router Wi-Fi Passwords.
Open your command prompt on your Windows desktop computer or laptop computer. Please refer to image above for your reference.
IPCONFIG:
Open your command prompt type / key-in “ipconfig” command and hit enter. Please refer to the image above for your reference.
Default Gateway:
Finally, the your Default Gateway is now located right below the Subnet Mask information. Please refer to the image above for your reference.
Linux Operating System:
If
you’re a Linux guy, I am sure you already know everything about networks and
server. Of course a linux command “ifconfig /all” will provide you all the
information you need once it is not available by default.

I noticed on my Ub7500, I always encounter WiFi problems when I have a Hard Disk Drive Connected to the USB port. When no USB ports are used, wifi works well again. Seems like there is not enough power to run both wifi module and USB media.
