How to perform a factory reset to Skyworth 32STC3210, 32STC3200, 40STC3210, 40STC3200, 43STC3210 and 43STC3200?

 Needed Tools:

  • Original Remote Control
  • 32STC3210 / 32STC3200
  • 40STC3210 / 40STC3200
  • 43STC3210 / 43STC3200

How to reset STC3210 and STC3200 Series?

Turn “On” the TV.

On your remote press “Menu”. Please refer to image below;


Then select “About TV” and press “OK” on your remote. Please refer to image below;

On “About TV” window pane, select “Restore to Default” using down arrow keys and press “OK” on you remote. Please refer to the image below;

Then select “YES” from the “Restore Factory Default” window pane and press “OK” on your remote. Please refer to the image below;

The TV went off. Please refer to image below;

At this time you will notice that the red light indicator to blink for several times.  Then it will turn on automatically and the Skyworth Logo will greet you. Please refer to image below;

Now you’re done… Setup the TV and enjoy!

How to CONNECT your phone to the TV?

Activate the Skyshare function of your TV. For Smart TVs, Skyshare function can be  found in the home menu. For Android series, Skyshare can be found in in the Settings > Net Settings > ALL Share. On your phone, go to SETTINGS option of your phone. Select DISPLAY and look for WIRELESS DIPLAY function. For other phones, you can access the Wifi settings and look for "Wifi Direct" function. Activate the  WIRELESS DISPLAY OPTION. Your phone will  detect TV and select the TV name to establish a connection. The main menu has a tendency to be in PORTRAIT display in some phone. However, this will be in full screen when you open applications.
