How to fix or turn off the “Auto Standby / Auto Off” default settings (32STC3210, 32STC3200, 40STC3210, 40STC3200, 43STC3210 and 43STC3200)

On this post we will show how to fix the "Auto Off" problem you might encountered while watching on 32STC3210, 32STC3200, 40STC3210, 40STC3200, 43STC3210 and 43STC3200 since it was set by default.

How to turn off the “Auto Standby” default settings?

Needed Tools:
  • Original Remote Control
  • 32STC3210 / 32STC3200
  • 40STC3210 / 40STC3200
  • 43STC3210 / 43STC3200

How to reset STC3210 and STC3200 Series?

  • Turn “On” the TV.
  • On your remote press “Menu”. Please refer to image below;

  • A window pane will pop out. Please refer to image below;

  • Then select “Time” and press “OK”. Please refer to image below;

  • Then the time window pane pop out. Please refer to the image below;

  • Using your remote control drop down keys, locate the “Auto Standby” menu options. Default time is set to 4 H, means your TV will automatically turn off every 4 hours. Please refer to the image below;

  • At this time press your remote “arrow left / right keys” to turn off the “Auto Standby”. Please refer to image below;
  • Then on your remote press “MENU” to exit from the window... Enjoy watching without interruption!

How to CONNECT your phone to the TV?

Activate the Skyshare function of your TV. For Smart TVs, Skyshare function can be  found in the home menu. For Android series, Skyshare can be found in in the Settings > Net Settings > ALL Share. On your phone, go to SETTINGS option of your phone. Select DISPLAY and look for WIRELESS DIPLAY function. For other phones, you can access the Wifi settings and look for "Wifi Direct" function. Activate the  WIRELESS DISPLAY OPTION. Your phone will  detect TV and select the TV name to establish a connection. The main menu has a tendency to be in PORTRAIT display in some phone. However, this will be in full screen when you open applications.
