How to update Coocaa 32S3N Netflix Keys?
Here is the step by step guide on how to update your Coocaa 32S3N.
1. Prepare USB Flash Drive (up to 16 GB).
2. Format USB Flash Drive to FAT32.
3. Download Coocaa 32S3N software (MstarUpgrade.bin) using this link
Download Coocaa 32S3N Official Logo (boot0.jpg) using this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MfifPKUVnQHnbWW_wPLdwe_AtTVD1jBI/view?usp=sharing
4. Copy or Move the software "MstarUpgrade.bin and boot0.jpg" to USB Flash Drive root directory. Please refer to image below.
I assume that your USB flash drive and software is ready at this point. So let's prepare the Coocaa 32S3N for software update.
1. Insert USB Flash to Coocaa 32S3N USB port which is located at the back of the TV.
2. On your Coocaa original remote press "MENU".
3. Using remote navigation key find "SETUP".
4. Then select "Software Update (USB)".
5. Finally press right or left navigation key arrow, cancel and OK, respectively.
6. The update will begin, please refer to image above. Please do not interrupt on unplug the TV while the Coocaa 32S3N updating, it took sometimes to finish.
7. TV will automatically turned off when update is finish!
Change Logo
1. Turn on the TV using the remote control and perform the initial setup. Please refer to image below for your reference.
2. On your remote press "source 3 1 9 5"
3. Go to "System Setting" and press "OK"
4. Then select "USB Logo Update" and press "OK"
5. Finally, it will say "Success, Rebooting System" you TV went off and will boot up with Coocaa Logo!

The update also fixed the stuck volume problem which some customer have already experiencing and Netflix Error.

Important Reminders:
Please don't use this software to any Coocaa S3N Series as follows 40S3N, 43S3N, 50S3N and 55S3N. This software is exclusive only to Coocaa 32S3N.
After upgrade, the display got stuck in the sand-like screen (refer to 9:26 of the video)
