Good day, this is to inform you that the Castplay application is no longer supported by Google PlayStore.  Please refer to the following guidelines as alternative applications, A. Screen Mirroring For Android phone users (Choose and download the ff apps: Screen Mirroring, Castto or Google Home)  Step 1. Download this application directly to the phone (no need to download in our Android TV) Step 2. Make sure your TV and mobile are connected to the same wifi network For IOS/Iphone users (Airscreen or Google Home) 1. For "Airscreen"- Download Airscreen from Google Play Store Skyworth TV 2. Or "Google Home" - Just download "Google Home" from App Store (no need to download in our Android TV) B. Remote Control Function For Android phone users Step 1. Download "Remote Android TV" directly to the phone (no need to download in our Android TV) Step 2. Make sure your TV and mobile are connected to the same wifi network For IOS/Iphone users Step 1.   Needed Tools: 8GB or 16GB USB Flash Drive (Fat32) Skyworth 70SUD6500 Software How to update  Skyworth 70SUD6500  software? Download the software from provided link:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cnXb6ieiiuBCJ9u-oCdQXJHEGhldH5Xw/view?usp=sharing Move the software into USB Flash root directory. Insert the USB Flash Drive containing software into USB port 2.0. Please refer to the image below; Unplug the Skyworth 70SUD6500 from power source. Please refer to the image below; Then press the power button for at least 10 seconds or until the update progress bar appears in your screen. Please refer to the image below; While pressing the power button, asked someone to plug the TV into power source. Please refer to the image below; Take off your finger from pressing the power when the progress bar appears.
