If your Skyworth SUE9350F TV is stuck on the boot logo, dropping audio, throwing Netflix errors, or refusing to load past a recovery screen, a manual firmware update via USB will usually bring it back to life.

Download Links by TV Model Size

Locate your specific model number below to download the correct official firmware package.

Prerequisites

  • USB Drive: At least 8GB capacity, 32GB Max. It must be formatted to FAT32 (the TV bootloader will not read exFAT or NTFS).

  • Extraction Tool: Any standard archive utility (7-Zip, WinRAR, or Windows built-in extractor).

  • Uninterrupted Power: Ensure your wall outlet is stable. Disconnecting power mid-flash will brick the mainboard.

Preparation Steps

  1. Format the USB Drive: Plug your flash drive into a PC. Right-click the drive, choose Format, select FAT32 under the file system option, and click Start.

  2. Extract the File: Download the package (9602_GoogleTV_RAP_EU_FFGA_2026.zip). Open the zip file and locate the .pkg file inside: upgrade_image_no_tvcertificatecusdatatvconfig_user_apeu_20260408.pkg.

  3. Copy to USB Root: Drag the .pkg file directly onto the main directory (root) of your formatted USB drive. Do not rename the file or place it inside any folder.

How to Perform the Force Update

Because a frozen system prevents you from using the regular settings menu, you must trigger the update directly at boot:

  1. Unplug the TV: Disconnect the main power cord from the wall socket.

  2. Insert the USB: Plug your drive into a USB 2.0 port on the TV (usually color-coded black or white; avoid blue USB 3.0 ports).

  3. Trigger Boot Sequence:

    • Locate the physical Power button on the TV unit itself (not the remote).

    • Press and hold the Power button.

    • While holding the button, plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

    • Continue holding the Power button for roughly 15 seconds.

  4. Release: Watch the standby LED indicator. Once it blinks red rapidly or you see the screen turn on with a "LOADING DATA... 1%" progress bar, let go of the Power button immediately.

  5. Wait for Completion: The installation takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Do not turn off the power, touch the remote, or remove the USB drive while it updates.

Once complete, the TV will automatically reboot into the initial setup wizard.

Final Recommended Step: Factory Reset

To ensure clear partition caches and prevent old system configurations from interfering with the new build:

  1. Go to the Home screen.

  2. Open Settings (gear icon).

  3. Navigate to System > About > Reset.

  4. Confirm Factory Reset and let the TV complete its clean boot cycle.
