Step 1: Clean Format the USB Drive
The TV's low-level bootloader is primitive and cannot read modern, complex file systems like NTFS or exFAT during a cold start.
Insert your USB flash drive into your computer.

Change the File System dropdown strictly to FAT32.
Leave the allocation unit size at default, uncheck "Quick Format" if you want to ensure the drive has no bad sectors, and hit Start.

Copy the file and paste it directly into the Root Directory of your USB drive.

E:\). Do not place the file inside any sub-folders. Do not rename the file or alter its extension. If the file name is altered by even one character, the TV’s bootloader will completely ignore it.
Step 3: Execute the Hardware "Force Update"

Unplug the TV’s main power cord directly from the wall outlet.
Insert your prepared USB drive into the TV's USB 2.0 port. This is usually color-coded black or white. Avoid using the blue USB 3.0 port, as some older bootloaders lack the initial drivers to initialize USB 3.0 protocols at launch.
