    I wanted to let you know that the Netflix arrangement was a success. Now it is working normally.
    Thank you very much for your work!

    By the way, my Skyworth model only reached android 8.0.0 and stopped updating in 2019. Is it normal?

    CONTINUOUS BOOTLOOP-NOT SHOWING HOMEPAGE
    The problem started with the Netflix error. I did factory reset but did not resolve the issue. I kept getting Netflix error and unfortunately, same with my YouTube. Both apps keeps getting errors. Frustrated and all, I just turned the tv off. The following day, all I'm getting as I turned the tv on, is nothing but CONTINUOUS BOOT LOOP. The HOMEPAGE wasn't showing anymore, and remote control not functioning at all.
